Sara Searle Vial

Provisional Psychologist

BSc(Psyc)

Sara is a Provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is committed to guiding individuals toward achieving holistic well-being and mental health. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Chile, Sara has enriched her understanding of the human mind with a profound knowledge of the yoga tradition and breathing techniques. These practices are pivotal in regulating our nervous system and fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

Sara's approach to therapy is distinctive and integrative, emphasising the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Utilising evidence-based therapies such as Neuropsychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she collaborates closely with her clients adopting a co-creative process to ensure a personalised therapeutic experience. This partnership aims to uncover the complex interplay between thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. Through the incorporation of mindfulness techniques and breath work, Sara empowers her clients to tap into their innate wisdom, enabling them to learn self-regulation and achieve mental equilibrium (i.e., a sense of calm amid stressful or adverse situations).

At the heart of Sara's practice is a commitment to compassionate and effective care, customised to align with the unique needs and aspirations of each client. Whether navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or embarking on a journey of personal growth, Sara provides a nurturing and supportive environment for healing and transformation.
