Curiosity about human behaviour and cognition has shaped my journey in psychology.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, obsessive thoughts, or navigating neurodivergence, understanding the way your mind works can be the first step toward meaningful change. Therapy provides an opportunity to gain insight into your experiences, develop practical strategies, and work toward greater emotional well-being.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, with a background in both psychological research and clinical practice. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and am currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. My academic journey has taken me beyond traditional psychology - I have contributed to published research exploring artificial intelligence and human-like behavioural modelling, deepening my understanding of cognitive processes and adaptive learning.
Beyond research, I have gained practical experience as a Crisis Supporter at Lifeline and a Research Assistant at the Red Cross, where I provided emotional support to individuals in distress. My work spans children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring that each client receives therapy tailored to their unique challenges and strengths.
My therapeutic approach is structured yet adaptable, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I aim to provide a space where clients feel understood, build resilience, and develop skills that align with their individual goals.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety and depression
Autism
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Personality concerns
Trauma
Therapy is an opportunity to explore the way your mind works, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
A Little About Me:
I love to draw and paint in my free time.
I firmly believe pineapple does not belong on pizza.
My birthday falls on a leap year, which my twin brothers never let me forget - despite having to share their own birthday!
