Compassionate and Professional Therapy for all ages – Children, Adolescents, Adults & Couples!
Individual Therapy
50-minute sessions for individuals aged 3 years and older.
For child/adolescent clients, the initial session is with the client and their parent/carer as it is when a detailed background and history of the client is explored and therapy goals are set. Subsequent sessions usually include a brief "catch-up" at the beginning of the session with the client and their parent/carer where any concerns/changes that has occured since the previous session are discussed - session goals can be adjusted based on the recent concerns/changes. This ensures that each session is person-centred and tailored to the client and their present experiences. The majority of the session is then spent with the client, and if needed, the remaining 5-10 mins is used as an opportunity to discuss with their parent/carer about the session and ways to support the client until their next session.
For adult clients, a similar approach to the child/adolescent clients is taken; however, a support person is welcome to attend the session as per the client's request.
Couples Therapy
We support couples to build stronger, happier, and more fulfilling relationships. We offer a safe and supportive environment where couples can work through challenges and rediscover an improved connection.
We understand that every couple is unique so we customise our approach to meet their specific needs. Our clinicians create a personalised treatment plan that addresses the concerns and goals, ensuring that each couple receives the support that is right for them. We utilise evidence-based techniques and proven methods to guide each couple through the therapy process. Whether it is improving communication, resolving conflicts, rebuilding trust, or enhancing intimacy, we have the tools to help.
Access our remote services through telehealth - audio and video sessions - offering convenience and flexibility.
We bring therapy to your home or school, ensuring comfort and accessibility for you.
Explore our group programs based on interest and need - providing a unique opportunity to develop additional skills that go beyond individual therapy.
Assessments
We provide cognitive, learning, Autism, and ADHD assessments.
If the assessment is required for the diagnostic purpose of NDIS or Centrelink, you may be required to arrange a follow-up review appointment with a suitably qualified specialist (e.g., Paediatrician or Psychiatrist).
We do not provide forensic psychological assessments.
*Please note, we provide therapy-related services only.
We do not provide legal assessments/reports (inclusive of letters for lawyers and court), or court appearances. This is an area requiring special training, which we do not have and therefore, are unable to assist with.
Clinical Supervision
Vinita is a Psychology Board-Approved Supervisor who offers individual supervision for early-career Psychologists and mental health practitioners seeking guidance and support to enhance their clinical practice skills. She also provides primary supervision to Counselling and Clinical registrars.
Mental Health Care/Treatment Plan (MHCP/MHTP) referral from your General Physician (GP) or Paediatrician.
You are entitled to a total of 10 rebatable individual and 10 rebatable group (minimum of 6 participants) sessions per calendar year. You can access the Medicare rebate of $141.85 (Clinical Psychologists) or $96.65 (non-Clinical Psychologists) per 50-minute session for both in-person and telehealth sessions.
For more information, check out the Education Guide.
You do not require a MHCP to attend sessions - it is optional and simply to aid in costs.
Our standard consultation fee is $280.00 for sessions with our Clinical Psychologists and $260.00 for sessions with our Psychologists (including Counselling Psychologists).
*Clinical psychologists have a slightly higher session fee due to offering a higher Medicare rebate. Under a MHCP, your out-of-pocket costs are similar to seeing a Psychologist.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We currently accept plan/self-managed participants. Please ensure you bring your NDIS plan to your initial session to ensure we are working collaboratively towards your NDIS goals.
Our NDIS fee, in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, is $222.99.

You may present privately without a referral from a doctor.
For private health insurance, you will need to check to see if your level of coverage includes Psychology. You may be eligible to claim a rebate after your session with your private health insurer.

*Please note, that we are not a bulk-billing practice.
We offer a reduced consultation fee of $105.00 (no rebates apply) with our Counselling Interns who are qualified to support you. These are clinicians who have completed their tertiary education and are currently undertaking a placement/internship for a few months as they further develop their applied skills. This service is designed to be accessible for people experiencing barriers to mental health resources and care.
Outreach
For sessions that are not in the clinic, a travel fee is incurred. The fee is dependent on the travel time and distance for the clinician to travel to your location, which can be from the clinic or from a previous session.
Due to the high demand for psychological services and the importance of maintaining consistent mental health support, we require at least 2 clear business days’ notice (does not include public holidays, weekends, or shutdown periods), or as specified by your funding guide, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Failing to provide sufficient notice will result in a late cancellation fee, as this allows us to offer the session to another client in need of our services.
If you cancel on the day of your session or fail to attend without notice - including instances where the session is forgotten - you will be charged the full session fee. Additionally, if there are two consecutive cancellations or an outstanding balance on your account, future sessions may be cancelled to prevent further fees or until a more suitable time for therapy commitment is identified.
Late cancellations not only disrupt your progress in therapy but also affect the clinician who has dedicated time to preparing for your session and other clients waiting for a session. Therefore, we strongly encourage clients to notify us as early as possible via phone, SMS, or email if any changes to future sessions are needed.
