Karyn is a dedicated counsellor certified by the Australian Counselling Association. Her deep empathy and commitment to aiding others define her approach, making her a passionate advocate for the personal growth and fulfilment of her clients. Karyn's approach is characterised by her warm and understanding demeanour, which fosters a secure and nurturing environment where clients can freely explore their feelings and thoughts.
She champions inclusivity and diversity, striving to ensure that all clients, regardless of their background or identity, feel respected and embraced in her practice.
Karyn's professional qualifications include a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Psychology. She is also trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, which she incorporates into her therapeutic practice.
At the heart of her work, Karyn is committed to person-centred and trauma-informed care, prioritizing a safe space where clients can engage without fear of judgment. Her sessions integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques, tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients.
