Navigating work, family, and personal expectations can feel overwhelming, especially when these pressures create conflict between what you need and what others expect of you.
You may be experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or frustration as you try to meet the demands of your environment. Perhaps you feel like you are constantly adjusting yourself to fit into spaces that do not fully support you. If this sounds familiar, therapy can provide the tools to help you set boundaries, advocate for yourself, and build a life that aligns with your values.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on real-world solutions. I understand that mental health is shaped by many factors, including workplace systems, family dynamics, and broader social expectations. My role is to help you navigate these spaces, develop self-advocacy skills, and create strategies that empower you to move forward with confidence.
With a background in business and disability support, I have a particular interest in neurodivergence, workplace stress, and self-advocacy. Having lived experience with ADHD, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating a world designed for neurotypical individuals. I take an eclectic, strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based modalities to help clients build resilience, clarity, and self-understanding.
Some of the areas I work with include:
ADHD and neurodivergence
Anxiety, OCD, and trauma (PTSD)
Burnout, workplace dynamics, and bullying
Family and systems psychology
Organisational psychology and career-related stress
Self-advocacy and assertiveness skills
Therapy is about gaining insight into your experiences, developing new coping strategies, and making meaningful changes.
