Relationships can be complex, and it’s completely normal for couples to face challenges along the way.
If you're finding it difficult to communicate, rebuild trust, or reconnect emotionally, couples therapy can provide a space to work through these concerns and rediscover what brought you together in the first place.
We use the Gottman Method, a proven, research-based approach to relationship therapy. This method focuses on strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and building a deeper emotional connection between partners. It helps couples identify patterns that may be causing tension and offers practical tools to work through them.
Couples therapy can be a transformative experience for those looking to improve their relationship, resolve conflicts, or deepen their emotional connection.

Family dynamics can be complex, and it's common for family members to experience challenges in communication, behavioural issues, or navigating major life changes.

We offer group therapy as an opportunity for individuals to connect with others facing similar challenges in a supportive, safe environment.
Group therapy provides a unique opportunity for participants to share their experiences, gain valuable insights, and offer each other validation, acceptance, and support. It’s an ideal space for individuals looking to enhance their emotional and social skills, whether as a complement to individual therapy or as a stand-alone program. In this collaborative and supportive setting, you’ll have the chance to practice the skills you’ve learned in therapy, guided by trained professionals, all while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
Our group therapy programs are open to current, previous, and new clients of Calm Space Psychology Services, providing a nurturing environment for growth, connection, and healing.
Our group therapy programs are carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients, with sessions that are both structured and flexible depending on the group dynamics and activities.
