Therapy offers a space to reconnect with your values, make sense of your experiences, and build confidence in your ability to shape a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, and I provide client-centred, collaborative, and compassionate care. My therapeutic approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I adapt these evidence-based modalities to suit each person’s unique context, needs, and preferences.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in case management across sectors, including social housing, palliative care, and employment services. These experiences deepened my understanding of how life’s complexities - personal, relational, and systemic - can affect our mental health and sense of identity. I’m particularly interested in working with individuals who are navigating identity, self-worth, burnout, workplace stress, and life transitions.
In therapy, I aim to offer a space where you can reflect, gain insight, and take practical steps aligned with your values. I see therapy as a space to pause, feel supported, and reconnect with what truly matters.
