Compassionate and Professional Therapy for all ages – Children, Adolescents, Adults & Couples!
MHCP referrals are completed by your General Practitioner (GP), Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. Read more about it HERE.
You are entitled to a total of 10 rebatable individual and 10 rebatable group (minimum of 6 participants) sessions per calendar year.
For more information, check out the Education Guide.
You do not require a MHCP to attend sessions - it is optional and simply to aid in costs. A $25.00 fee is applied to initial sessions.
Our standard consultation fee is $310.00 for sessions with our Clinical Psychologists and $270.00 for sessions with our Psychologists (including Counselling Psychologists).
*Clinical psychologists have a slightly higher session fee due to offering a higher Medicare rebate. Under a MHCP, your out-of-pocket costs are similar to seeing a Psychologist.
*Please note that we are not a bulk-billing practice.
You may present privately without a referral from a doctor.
For private health insurance, you will need to check to see if your level of coverage includes Psychology. You may be eligible to claim a rebate after your session with your private health insurer. A $25.00 fee is applied to initial sessions.
Our private consultation fee is $325.00 with our Clinical Psychologists.
Our private consultation fee is $285.00 with our Psychologists (including Counselling Psychologists).

For full details of our Fee Schedule, please contact us.
Sessions between 9 am and 2.30 pm are reduced by $20.00 with our Psychologists and Counsellors.
We offer a reduced consultation fee of $115.00 (no rebates apply) with our Counselling Interns, who are qualified to support you. These are clinicians who have completed their tertiary education and are currently undertaking a placement/internship for a few months as they further develop their applied skills. This service is designed to be accessible for people experiencing barriers to mental health resources and care.
For sessions that are not in the clinic, a travel fee is incurred. The fee is dependent on the travel time and distance.
Booking and Deposits
To secure your first session, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required:
Individual therapy: $100.00
Couples therapy: $145.00
This deposit is credited toward your session fee on the day of your session.
Staying Consistent with Your Therapy Sessions
Therapy works best when sessions are attended regularly. Each session is reserved specifically for you, and consistent attendance supports steady progress, continuity, and meaningful outcomes.
To maintain fair access and a reliable schedule, we require at least two clear business days’ notice (excluding weekends, public holidays, and clinic shutdown periods) – or the notice period required by your funding provider – for any changes to sessions. This means notice must be received before 5:00 pm on the third business day prior to your scheduled session.
When notice is received after the required timeframe, or when a session is cancelled on the day or not attended (including forgotten sessions), a session fee will apply.
When changes become frequent, or attendance becomes inconsistent, we may review your future bookings with you. In some cases, rebooking may include specific conditions to help support steadier engagement in therapy.
Late changes interrupt your progress, affect your therapist’s schedule, and limit availability for others waiting for support. We encourage you to prioritise your session time, plan ahead where possible, and let us know early if an adjustment is unavoidable.
