Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when emotions, relationships, or personal struggles make it difficult to find clarity and direction.
You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the impact of past trauma. Perhaps you are feeling disconnected from your sense of self or struggling with managing emotions and interpersonal relationships. Therapy provides an opportunity to explore these experiences in a way that is meaningful, reflective, and supportive of your personal growth.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA. My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Conversational Model, and Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy (TLDP) to support clients in developing emotional resilience and self-understanding.
With clinical experience in private practice and university counselling settings, I have worked with individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and neurodivergence (e.g., Autism, ADHD). I also have a strong research background, contributing to studies on anxiety in Parkinson’s disease, virtual reality-assisted psychotherapy, and neurocognitive disorders. My research interests reflect a commitment to innovative therapeutic approaches that enhance well-being and promote meaningful change.
Before transitioning into psychology, I worked extensively in large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, managing teams and navigating high-pressure environments. This background has given me a deep understanding of workplace stress, burnout, and systemic influences on mental health.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety and depression
Emotional regulation skills and coping
Grief and loss
Mindfulness and self-awareness
Personality and interpersonal dynamics
Trauma recovery
Workplace stress and burnout
Therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create lasting change.
