Emotions and behaviours do not always make sense, and it can be frustrating when patterns keep repeating despite your best efforts.
You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or challenges related to food and body image. Perhaps you are adapting to a new culture, feeling disconnected from your sense of identity, or working to better understand your emotions. Therapy provides a space to explore these experiences with curiosity, develop emotional resilience, and make meaningful changes.
I am a Provisional Psychologist committed to helping individuals build practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and feel more in control of their mental well-being. My approach is structured yet adaptable, ensuring therapy aligns with your goals and needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to provide evidence-based, effective support.
With a strong interest in neuroscience and human behaviour, I enjoy helping clients understand how their thoughts and emotions shape their actions. My experience includes individual and group therapy, as well as extensive work as a mental health support worker, which has strengthened my ability to provide personalised, compassionate care.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety and depression
Bipolar Disorder
Challenges with food and body image
Emotional regulation and coping
Group therapy
Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD)`
Post-migration living difficulties
Therapy is an opportunity to gain insight, develop new skills, and create a more fulfilling relationship with yourself and the world around you.
