It is possible to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life, even after
difficult experiences.
Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when past or recent experiences have left you feeling unsafe, on edge, or disconnected from yourself.
You might be living with the effects of trauma, experiencing anxiety, or facing significant life changes that have unsettled your sense of stability. At times, it can feel as though you’re surviving rather than truly living. If this resonates, you are not alone — and healing is possible.
As a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you are in control of your pace and your story. I work collaboratively to build trust and create a sense of safety, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, adapted to your unique needs and circumstances.
My focus is on supporting you to process and make sense of your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and reconnect with your values and sense of self. Whether we are addressing the impact of trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating life transitions, our work together is guided by compassion, choice, and your own goals for change.
I offer a therapeutic space to pause, reflect, and gradually rebuild confidence, clarity, and self-compassion — so you can move forward in a way that feels grounded, authentic, and aligned with what matters most to you.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Adjustment and life transitions
Anxiety and depression
Burnout and workplace concerns
Emotional regulation
Identity, meaning, and self-worth
Relationship and interpersonal challenges
Stress management
Trauma and post-traumatic stress
Therapy is a space for self-reflection, learning, and developing the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
