As a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, I am passionate about empowering people to lead fulfilling, values-driven lives. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each client. Together, we explore what drives your behaviour and emotions, helping you better understand yourself and develop practical tools for growth.
I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These approaches allow us to make sense of patterns that no longer serve you and develop strategies that align with your strengths and values.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals to develop functional skills that enhance independence and well-being, whether that’s improving focus, building routines, or navigating life transitions. My approach is grounded in strengths-based thinking and tailored to support both personal insight and day-to-day change.
