Perhaps you are trying to understand yourself better, manage overwhelming emotions, or navigate life as a neurodivergent person in a world that does not always accommodate different ways of thinking and being. Therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to explore these experiences, develop coping strategies, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, dedicated to creating a compassionate, client-focused environment where individuals can feel heard, valued, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodivergence, and obsessive-compulsive behaviours.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other tailored strategies to help clients develop effective coping skills and improve overall well-being. My focus is to support you in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
With a background in hospitality and support work, I bring an approachable and down-to-earth style to therapy. My past experiences have deepened my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and provide a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges with curiosity and self-compassion.
