I believe that even in life’s darkest moments, there is always a way forward, and sometimes, we just need someone to help illuminate the path.
Life today can feel overwhelming. Waking up each day with a mind full of responsibilities, expectations, and challenges can lead to feelings of anxiety, low mood, and disconnection. At times, even getting out of bed can feel like a marathon.
Therapy offers a safe and nurturing space to pause, reflect, and gently unpack what has been weighing you down. Together, we can work toward rebuilding your confidence and reconnecting with your goals. I see you as the builder of your own life, with me alongside you, offering tools, support, and guidance as you create a path that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
I am a Counselling Intern, registered with the ACA and currently completing a Bachelor of Counselling at Griffith University. I bring a wealth of life experience, including a background in residential youth work, which has shaped my compassionate and grounded approach.
My practice is holistic, person-centred, and collaborative. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership built on trust, empathy, and respect. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique experiences.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. These approaches help us explore thoughts, emotions, and personal stories in ways that foster insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am committed to providing a space that is non-judgmental, culturally safe, and confidential, and that moves at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
I welcome individuals at all stages of life, with a particular interest in working with young people and adolescents.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Adjustment and life transitions
Confidence and self-belief
Emotional overwhelm and stress
Identity and personal meaning
Low mood and motivation
Youth and adolescent support
"Therapy is a place to feel heard, supported, and guided as you reconnect with your strength and begin shaping a path forward."
