Reconnecting with what matters most.
It is common to feel disconnected from yourself, from others, or from the direction you thought you were heading at different points in your life. You might notice anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of being stuck in patterns that no longer serve.
Therapy can offer a steady, supportive place to reflect and begin reconnecting with what matters most to you.
I’m a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, and I work with clients across the lifespan from a wide range of backgrounds. My professional experience includes early learning, disability support, crisis response, school-based support, and substance use services. These diverse settings have shaped a grounded and flexible approach to therapy, one that is guided by your unique goals, strengths, and lived experience.
My approach is collaborative and values-driven, underpinned by evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed principles. I aim to create a space that supports exploration, skill-building, and practical application to everyday life.
I have a particular passion for relational work, including supporting couples and families through the lens of Gottman Method and Attachment theory. I also value working with neurodivergent individuals to better understand themselves and develop strategies that honour their needs and strengths.
Having lived in multiple cultural contexts and being bilingual, I bring a deep appreciation for the ways culture shapes identity, values, and meaning. This perspective allows me to meet clients with cultural humility and an openness to each person’s worldview.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Adjustment and life transitions
Anxiety, depression, and OCD
Emotional regulation, burnout, and stress management
Grief and loss
Interpersonal and family relationships, including couples therapy
Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD)
Self-identity and values
You don’t need to have all the answers to begin therapy - just a willingness to explore.
A Little About Me:
I love writing, growing plants, shell collecting, and pilates.
The sound of the ocean and meditation help me feel grounded.
I’m energised by learning, and fascinated by the unique ways people see and navigate the world!
