Navigating the demands of life in a way that supports and nourishes our mental health and emotional well-being can be tough.
More and more is being asked of us, and at times we can feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to meet these challenges.
I believe we all have the abilities to negotiate a path to a rich and meaningful life, and therapy is a way of uncovering and fine-tuning those abilities.
As a Counselling Intern registered with ACA and completing my Master of Counselling at the University of Canberra, I take a client-centred approach, grounded in the belief that you already hold the knowledge and insight needed to move forward. My role is to walk beside you in a non-judgemental and collaborative space, helping you reconnect with your values and develop practical, empowering strategies.
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in reshaping their mental landscapes, shifting how they relate to thoughts and emotions, and opening up new ways to engage with life’s complexities.
I'm passionate about listening deeply and working together to build a more satisfying, values-aligned way of living.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Adjustment difficulties and life transitions
Anxiety, depression, and low mood
Communication and interpersonal difficulties
Emotional dysregulation
Identity and self-esteem challenges
Therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and recalibrate.
