It is natural to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain when navigating new chapters in life, managing daily stressors, or facing significant change.
These experiences can make it difficult to stay motivated or find joy in everyday life. If this feels familiar, know that you do not have to face these challenges alone. Therapy offers a space to explore your feelings and create a path towards greater balance and well-being.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA. I work collaboratively with clients, creating a compassionate and non-judgemental environment where thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be openly explored. My approach is strengths-based and person-centred, always tailored to your unique needs, values, culture, and goals.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I integrate these evidence-based approaches with a focus on practical coping strategies.
My background in case management, mental health, child protection, youth work, and domestic and family violence has strengthened my ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with people across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds.
I have a strong interest in supporting people who identify as neurodivergent, with a focus on adapting therapy to individual communication styles and strengths.
My lived experience as a migrant and my ability to speak both English and Spanish allow me to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. This combination of personal and professional experience informs my practice and enriches the support I provide.
Some of the areas I work with include:
ADHD
Anxiety, including generalised and social anxiety
Autism
Depressive symptoms and low mood
Domestic and family violence, including coercive control
Grief and loss
Schizophrenia spectrum
Stress
Therapy is an opportunity to restore hope, build resilience, and create meaningful change aligned with your values.
