Understanding yourself and navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when emotions, past experiences, or uncertainty make it difficult to move forward.
You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or significant life transitions. Perhaps you are working through the complexities of neurodivergence, identity, or trauma and feel unsure of how to process these experiences. Therapy provides a space to explore these challenges in a way that is meaningful, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA. My approach is compassionate, client-centred, and evidence-based, ensuring that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in better understanding their emotions, developing coping strategies, and making meaningful changes.
Through my work with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, displacement, anxiety, ADHD, and stress-related concerns, I have developed a strong appreciation for the impact of cultural background, identity, and life circumstances on mental health. I value creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in exploring their experiences at their own pace.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety and depression
Autism and neurodivergence
Eating difficulties and concerns
Grief and loss
Personality vulnerabilities
Trauma recovery
Therapy is a collaborative process that empowers you to build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
Relaxing with a good book or movie is one of my favourite ways to unwind.
