Therapy provides a supportive space to make sense of your experiences, explore your unique situation, and build practical strategies for meaningful change.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, committed to supporting individuals to better understand themselves and develop the skills needed to thrive. My approach is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each individual’s goals and values.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults, especially those navigating challenges related to emotional regulation, identity, and relationships. I enjoy supporting individuals who are managing stress, adjusting to life changes, or seeking tools to build resilience.
