“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rodgers.
When we start to understand ourselves with compassion and curiosity, we create space for growth and meaningful change.
Mental health deeply influences how we function day to day -from how we sleep and eat to how we connect with others and make decisions. When these needs go unmet, the effects can show up in our bodies, relationships, and sense of wellbeing.
Therapy offers a space to reflect, build insight, and learn new ways of responding to life’s challenges - at your own pace, and with support.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, and I bring a warm and respectful approach to the work we do together. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You bring your experiences, values, and insight; I bring evidence-based tools and a supportive space to explore and grow. Together, we will find ways to make the changes that matter to you.
My therapeutic style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I also draw on strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). We will work together to build practical skills and emotional flexibility, always moving at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of where you are at.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those navigating Autism and ADHD, to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build lives that are values-led and self-compassionate.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety and depression
Chronic health conditions (e.g., Eczema)
Emotional regulation and coping
Family and relationship challenges
Grief and loss
Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD)
Stress and overwhelm
Trauma
If you are ready to take a step toward understanding yourself better and building a more connected, authentic life, I am here to support you.
