At different times in life, we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from who we are and what matters most.
Therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths, values, and goals. Sometimes, even small steps can create meaningful change.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA and have experience working across clinical, educational, community, hospital, aged care, and palliative care settings. I have supported individuals across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, health-related concerns, loneliness, low motivation, and difficulties with self-esteem. I also support individuals who may feel stuck, uncertain about their future, or are seeking greater meaning and direction in their lives.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring sessions to each person's unique needs, goals, and strengths. Together, we work to develop insight, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful and lasting change.
Through my experience supporting individuals and families during some of life's most challenging moments, I have developed a particular appreciation for the resilience of my clients and a strong belief that every person's story deserves to be heard with dignity, respect, and compassion.
As a bilingual psychologist fluent in both English and Spanish, I enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive space for all clients.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Adjustment and life transitions
Anxiety
Depression
Emotional regulation
Grief and loss
Health-related challenges and chronic illness
Loneliness and social isolation
Motivation and goal setting
Older adult wellbeing
Self-esteem and confidence
Stress and burnout

There is always an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and what matters most. You do not have to face life's challenges alone.
