Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you are navigating parenting, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, or simply trying to make sense of a difficult season, having the right support can make a meaningful difference.
Therapy provides a space to feel heard, gain perspective, and develop practical strategies that support lasting wellbeing.
I am a Provisional Psychologist registered with AHPRA, currently completing my Master of Professional Psychology. Before entering psychology, I spent over 20 years as a high school teacher, supporting young people through important stages of growth, learning, and self-discovery. I have also worked within the NDIS sector as a therapist, primarily supporting autistic individuals and their families.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life's complexities, and move towards a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work is also informed by a holistic perspective that recognises the connection between mind, body, emotions, and lived experience.
I enjoy supporting neurodivergent individuals and families and value working alongside clients to identify strengths, build self-understanding, and develop practical strategies that support everyday life.
Some of the areas I work with include:
Anxiety and stress
Children and adolescents
Depression and low mood
Emotional regulation
Identity and self-esteem
Life transitions and adjustment
Neurodivergent adults and families
Parenting support
Perfectionism and burnout
Relationship and family concerns
School-related challenges and support
Trauma and shame
Everyone faces challenges. With the right support, difficult experiences can become opportunities for growth, understanding, and meaningful change.
A Little About Me:
People and relationships are at the heart of what I do. I am genuinely curious about each person's story and what has shaped them into who they are today.
Outside of work, I live locally on a small farm where I enjoy raising cows and chickens and growing flowers and vegetables.
I recharge by spending time outdoors, practising meditation, listening to music, and sharing life with my loved ones and dogs.
